Our services
We provide residential and commercial appliance repair in the Orlando metro area. Booking an appointment is simple. For same-day service, just give us a call at (407) 900-2255 and we’ll walk you through the process. You can also use our convenient online appointment request form — but if you need same-day service please call us for availability first!
What to expect
When you call us, we answer most calls within 3 rings. Our friendly representative can answer any questions you may have about our service and assist you with scheduling an appointments. If you booked online, we’ll give you a call within 24 hours to confirm your appointment details.
On the day of service, one of ASAP’s technicians will give you a ring prior to driving to the appointment location.
Upon arrival, our technician will begin work to diagnose your appliance. We’ll ask for your signature to proceed with the repair.
The repair process begins. Some repairs take as little as 10 minutes — others may be more involved.
When we’re finished with the repair, we’ll clean up our work space to ensure that it is left at least as clean as it was when we arrived.
If we spot any unrelated problems during our work which could present issues in the future, we’ll make you aware of them.

Basic information
Pricing & warranty: our initial fee is $59.95 (includes trip charge + diagnosis). If you choose to repair with our company, the initial fee is waived. From there, we use a standardized pricing guide to calculate prices by the job. All repairs are guaranteed by our best-in-industry one-year warranty.
Appliances serviced: refrigerators, freezers, stoves, ovens, ranges, cooktops, dryers, washing machines, dishwashers, and garbage disposals.
Brands serviced: Admiral, Amana, Bosch, Electrolux, Estate, Frigidaire, GE, Haier, Hotpoint, Insinkerator, Jenn-Air, Kenmore, KitchenAid, LG, Magic Chef, Maytag, Roper, Samsung, Sub-Zero, U-Line, Viking, Westinghouse, and Whirlpool.
Service area: Our service area covers much of the Orlando metro area, including these cities: Azalea Park, Celebration, Conway, Doctor Phillips, Fairview Shores, Hunters Creek, Kissimmee, Lake Nona, Lockhart, Meadow Woods, Oak Ridge, Ocoee, Pine Castle, Pine Hills, Sky Lake, Southchase, St Cloud, Williamsburg, and Winter Park.
Hours of operation: you can reach us by phone Monday thru Saturday, 8am – 5pm. We can schedule appliance repair appointments as late as 7 or 8pm on some days. We also offer emergency and holiday service — see our pricing page for more information.
