When it comes to pricing, we find that our customers want to have some idea of what to expect before committing to service. That’s why we’re committed to transparency and clear pricing, wherever possible. Our initial service fee is $59.95, which includes the diagnosis of your appliance and the trip charge. When you repair your appliance with our service, we waive our initial service fee. From there, we bill parts & labor.
In order to calculate labor pricing, our technicians use the Major Appliance Service Pricing Guide(MASPG), a standardized pricing guide for the appliance repair industry. In a nutshell, we look at the brand of your appliance, reference the pricing guide for the type of repair we are performing, and then bill for parts plus the job fee.
There are times when we may be unable to provide ballpark estimates over the phone. For example, when a refrigerator ceases to cool, there may be several underlying issues. In some cases, the solution may be as simple as defrosting the refrigerator, which is an inexpensive labor-only repair. On the other hand, the refrigerator’s compressor, its central cooling unit, may need to be replaced, which by comparison is much more costly. We will do our best to provide ballpark estimates whenever possible, but we ask for your understanding when it is not.
Since we price repairs by the job — not by the hour — you’ll never pay more when repairs take longer than we anticipate.
No extra fees for weekend / evening service.
